Shipping and returns
I purchased these lights, but with a delay in shipping and delivery I decided to purchase locally and had Juno lights installed before these showed up. They say free returns, but they give you one shipping label per order, after emailing back and forth with no luck. So if you make an order that ships in separate boxes, make sure you do it in "multiple separate" orders so you can return the product if needed.
Replaced non-working lights promptly
Lights in the first shipment were blinking and not working properly. Sunco sent a replacement shipment, and those worked OK. Easy to install.
Ease of Installation
Very easy to install however the life of them have been short
Led light
This light is light weight, has nice color and was easy to install!
A bit disappointed
Sunco lights were installed throughout my house in 2023. On failed 10 months later so I ordered two replacements. (one is a spare) Yesterday another one failed and I used the spare. I installed it and it works fine except when I dim the lights. The other 3 original Sunco lights dim all the way, but the new one dims down to about 25%. I expected my lights to last longer and that the replacements would perform in the same manner as the originally installed lights.
